<br />Ms. Decker said they would be located towards the Georgatos' property. <br /> <br />Mr. Imperiale asked if the trees would be placed more on the fence line and not on the comers. <br /> <br />Ms. Decker said the fence line because of the privacy concerns and two trees would be sufficient. <br /> <br />The Public hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Ms. Decker stated that the City has recognized the concems of the neighbors. She said that the <br />applicants have been willing and open to mitigating concerns of the neighbors, however the <br />neighbor's only mitigation to their concerns is to eliminate the second-story altogether and/or <br />move to an alternative location. <br /> <br />The Zoning Administrator approved the project subject to Exhibit B, Conditions of Approval <br />with the following new conditions to be added: <br /> <br />1. That the second floor bay windows, facing 790 East Angela, shall be modified with <br />transom windows with the lowest height of 6-feet or higher, and (2) two 2040 casement <br />windows that match the windows proposed on the west elevation shall be placed on the <br />east elevation. Opaque glass shall not be required for any of the windows; and <br />2. Up to two (2) trees shall be located generally between the addition and the southern side <br />property line to soften the architecture and provide privacy.
