Authorize the City Manager to execute the deeds granting the
easements.

SUMMARY:

Zone 7 is proposing to construct and operate a 7.7 million gallon per day
reverse osmosis (demineralization) facility on an approximately one-acre
site located on the northwest corner of Stoneridge Drive and Santa Rita
Road.

To facilitate access to and from the demineralization facility, and place
new underground pipelines between their wells and the new facility, Zone
7 needs two easements through City-owned property. The first easement
is for a new egress driveway from the facility on the north curb line of
Stoneridge Drive, just easterly of the Arroyo Mocho/Stoneridge Drive
Bridge. The pipeline easement is located on a City-owned parcel

SR 06:167
Page I of4
