<br />Ordinance Nn. 1936 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-99-14, the application of Kazuo and Takiko Hatsushi for Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval of a new development consisting <br />of 13 new single-family custom lots and one existing single-family home on an <br />approximately 15-acre site lot located at 2756,2770, and 2798 Vineyard Avenue within <br />the Vineyard Corridor Specific Plan Area, subject to the conditions of approval shown <br />on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its <br />adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the <br />City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in <br />the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on June 20, 2006 <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />RECUSED: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brozosky, McGovern and Thorne <br />None <br />Councilmember Sullivan <br />None <br />Mayor Hosterman <br /> <br />And ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on August 15, 2006 <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brozosky, McGovern and Tho <br />None <br />Mayor Hosterman <br />Councilmember Sullivan <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />~~f7~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
