<br />Resolution No. 06-061 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section I. Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Barbara Young <br />for PUD rezoning of an existing 2.91-acre parcel from A (Agriculture) to <br />PUD-LDR (Planned Unit Development - Low Density Residential) District <br />and for development plan approval for a three-lot residential development <br />at 11249 Dublin Canyon Road. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed <br />pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3.
