<br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-061 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF BARBARA YOUNG FOR <br />PUD REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-44 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 15, 2006, the City Council received a proposed <br />Negative Declaration for the application of Barbara Young for PUD <br />rezoning of an existing 2.91-acre parcel from A (Agriculture) to PUD-LDR <br />(Planned Unit Development - Low Density Residential) District and for <br />development plan approval for a three-lot residential development at <br />11249 Dublin Canyon Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study, dated April 28, <br />2006 and received the recommendations of staff and the Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 15,2006, at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental <br />impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any <br />significant adverse effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no <br />potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. <br />
