The site will be cleared/grubbed and graded to accommodate the new sub- <br />division infrastructurc, roads and building pads finally culminating in the construction of the 8 <br />homes. There is variability in construction activities and overlapping of building phases making <br />it difficult to precisely quantify the daily emissions associated with the proposed project.
