<br />Response: The developed portion of the project is separated from the Jorgensen Lane lots by
<br />440 feet, Although eight lots are proposed for this cluster. its location makes the most sense
<br />given limitations in topography and natural features. It is also consistent with the five-lot cll/S-
<br />ters approved for the Moller Ranch development. Please note that the Ordinance does provide
<br />flexibility in meeting the SlIbdivision design standards in the West Foothill Road Overlay Dis-
<br />trict.
