<br />Fiscal Impact <br /> <br />There is no direct fiscal impact to the City relative to approving the attached guidelines for <br />future senior housing development. <br /> <br />HOUSING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />As discussed above, the Housing Commission met on numerous occasions from 2003 through <br />2005 to develop the attached guidelines. The most recent meeting took place on December 15, <br />2005 (see attached minutes).
