FOR TRACT 7433 <br />(pONDEROSA/BUSCH PROPERTY) <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council take the following action at the <br />meeting of October 17, 2006. <br /> <br />1. Approve the Final Map for Tract 7433, Busch Property. <br /> <br />2. Accept all parcels of land and easements offered for dedication on the <br />Final Map. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Tract 7433, Ponderosa/Busch Property, is a 19-1ot, single-family <br />residential subdivision proposed by Ponderosa Homes II, Inc., located at <br />Baur Court, southwest of the Community Center and the private park <br />constructed with Tract 7381, the Busch/Ponderosa project (see Exhibit A <br />attached). Staff has reviewed the Final Map and has found it to be in <br />substantial conformance with the approved tentative map. <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council: <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />Tract 7433, Ponderosa/Busch Property, is a single-family residential subdivision proposed by <br />Ponderosa Homes II, Inc., located at Baur Court, southwest of the Community Center and the <br />private park constructed with Tract 7381, Busch/Ponderosa project.
