Resolution No. 92-102 <br />Page Three <br /> <br />LAND USE <br /> <br />FEE COST <br /> <br />Vacant-Land Undisturbed, <br />Not Tilled Planted, or <br />Irrigated, Parks, etc. <br /> <br />$ 7 base rate, portion over .25 <br />acre the rate is $.42 per acre <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Manager is authorized and directed to enter <br /> into all necessary agreements with Alameda County for <br /> the collection of the Storm Water Discharge Fee along <br /> with property taxes, including payment to Alameda <br /> County of its reasonable costs of collection which <br /> shall be 1.7% of the total amount of fees collected. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />AT A MEETING HELD ON MAY 19, 1992, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS . <br /> <br />Michael H.
