Agriculture Resource impacts are not applicable to this project related to the Cali- <br />fornia Department of Conservation land use designations3. Therefore, this will be a no-impact. <br /> <br />b-c) The proposed project is an infill site zoned within an existing residential area zoned PUD - LDR, <br />and surrounded on all sides by developed residential properties.
