The buffer area provides a sidewalklbicycle trail <br />connection from Mohr Avenue to Mohr Elementary School. Attached is a colored aerial photograph, <br />which shows the project site and the adjoining properties. <br /> <br />Overall access to the site is from Santa Rita Road a major City arterial. Direct access to the site from <br />Santa Rita Road is provided by Mohr Avenue to Martin Avenue and Kamp Drive, and then to Cameron <br />Avenue from Martin Avenue to the east and Palmer Drive to the west. All City streets providing access <br />to the Lehman-Selway property are sized to handle the additional traffic generated by the proposed pro- <br />ject. <br /> <br />III.
