<br />Resolution No. 06- <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration for the application ofPonderosa Homes <br />for PUD development plan to subdivide an approximately 19.83-acre site <br />into 27 lots and to construct 25 new, one- and two-story single-family <br />detached homes ranging in size from 3,908 square feet to 4,595 square feet, <br />at the properties located at 3157 Trenery Drive and 2313 Martin Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City staffis directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed <br />pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARL Y ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 19, 2006, BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
