<br />certified in writing by the geotechnical consultant for conformance to the approved plans <br />and geotechnical report and submitted to the City Engineer and/or the Director of Build- <br />ing Inspection as applicable for review and approval prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />73. The project developer shall install street frontage improvements along Cameron Avenue <br />and Street "A" per Chapter 19.40.010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code and to the satis- <br />faction of the City Engineer. These improvements shall include, but are not necessarily <br />limited to, grading, curb and gutter, sidewalk, paving, storm drain, sanitary sewer, water <br />facilities, street lighting, underground utilities, traffic control devices, landscaping, and <br />automatic irrigation systems. <br /> <br />74. The project developer shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a li- <br />censed civil engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures. <br />This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the Di- <br />rector of Building Inspection prior as applicable prior to the issuance of any building <br />permits. <br /> <br />75. The project developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control <br />prior to issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this <br />bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />76. The project developer shall dedicate to the City for street right-of-way purposes those <br />parcels ofland intended to be public streets. <br /> <br />77. The project developer shall grant an easement to the City over those parcels needed for <br />public service easements (P.s.E.) and which are approved by the City Engineer or other <br />easements, which may be designated by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />78. The design for the line, grade, and structural sections for the streets serving this develop- <br />ment shall be subject to final review and approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />79. The project developer shall construct vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters within this devel- <br />opment unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. When the sidewalk is adjacent <br />to the curb and gutter, they shall be poured monolithically. <br /> <br />80. The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved by the <br />City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br />81. The project developer shall submit a dust control plan and procedure as part of the im- <br />provement plans. <br /> <br />82. The design of the water supply and sanitary sewer systems shall be subject to the review <br />and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />SR 06:182 <br />Page 15 of20 <br />
