Accept for normal maintenance public improvements for Tract <br />7160, Vineyard Hill, and Parcel Map 7481,Vineyard View. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Tract 7160, Vineyard Hill, is a 22-10t, single-family residential <br />subdivision development south of Vineyard A venue at Clara Lane. <br />Parcel Map 7481, Vineyard View, is a 4-10t, single-family <br />residential subdivision development north of Vineyard A venue <br />between Vista Diablo and the Vineyard Avenue "s" curve area. <br />The developer is requesting acceptance of the public improvements <br />for these subdivisions.
