(Ord. 1612 * 2,1993; Ord. 1591 * 2,1993) <br /> <br />No miscellaneous structures, street furniture, public art is being proposed with this pro- <br />ject. <br /> <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> <br />Staff sent notices of the Planning Commission's public hearing on this item to all prop- <br />erty owners and residents located within 1,000-feet of the subject property on July 13, <br />2006, At the writing of this staff report, staff has received no public comment. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />Projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Section 15301(e)(2), Therefore, no environmental <br />document accompanies this report, <br /> <br />CONCLUSION <br /> <br />Staff believes that the proposed project is well designed, aesthetically pleasing, and will <br />blend in well with the neighborhood that has a mix of architectural styles and heights. <br />Additionally, the project conforms with all site standards of the R-I-7500 zoning district. <br />Staff believes that the concerns raised by the Stantons have been adequately addressed by <br />the conditions of approval attached in Exhibit B, Staff therefore believes the Zoning Ad- <br />ministrator approval should be upheld, <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission take the following actions: <br /> <br />1.
