<br />IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />The street (Sunset Creek Court) within this development is public and will be maintained by <br />the City. The storm drain, sanitary sewer and water systems within Sunset Creek Court <br />serving this project will also be maintained and operated by the City. Utilities serving this <br />development connect to the new utilities installed by Summerhill Homes for Tract 7193, <br />Sycamore Heights. The planter strip landscaping along Sunset Creek Lane fronting lots 1 and <br />2 of Tract 7505 was installed with the Sycamore Heights development. The Sycamore <br />Heights Homeowners' Association will maintain this planter strip landscaping along Sunset <br />Creek Lane. <br /> <br />FUTURE MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />All public improvements required of this development have been completed.
