Accept for normal maintenance the public improvements for Tract <br />7505, Kass property. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to me a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Tract 7505 is a five lot single-family residential subdivision on the north <br />side of Sunset Creek Lane located between Tract 6982, Bridle Creek and <br />Tract 7193, Sycamore Heights. This residential subdivision is located <br />within the North Sycamore Specific Plan area. Kass is requesting <br />acceptance of the public improvements for this development. <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council: <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />Tract 7505, Kass property, consists of five large lots in a single-family residential subdivision <br />on approximately 4.5 acres. Tract 7505 is on the north side of Sunset Creek Court located <br />between Tract 6982, Bridle Creek, and Tract 7193, Sycamore Heights.
