<br /> <br />/' <br /> <br />4F <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />_ III <br /> <br />pLEASANTONo <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />City Council <br />Staff Report <br /> <br />September 5,2006 <br />Public Works Department <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT <br />7407, BORDEAUX COUNTRY ESTATES (HEINZ <br />PROPERTY) <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />SR 06:212 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council take the following action at <br />the meeting of September 5,2006: <br /> <br />1, Accept for normal maintenance the list of public improvements <br />for Tract 7407. <br /> <br />2, Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Tract 7407, Bordeaux Estates, is an 18-lot, single-family <br />residential subdivision development. Bordeaux Estates consists of <br />approximately 23 acres located south of the Old Vineyard Avenue <br />and adjacent to Fire Station No, 5. The developer is requesting <br />acceptance of the public improvements for this tract. All work is <br />complete and ready for acceptance by the City, The developer has <br />completed a Deferred Improvement Agreement and posted a <br />$25,000 bond to cover restoration of improvements once the <br />existing model homes that were constructed for Tract 7407 are no <br />longer being used for tract 7240, Bordeaux Estates II, <br />
