"I'hc Green Building Compliance Official shall return a copy of the Pre-Permitting Docwrtentation to the Applicant n-iarlced "Approved with Exemption." The Green Building C'on~pliance Official shall provide a copy of the approved Pre-Permitting Docum cniation niarlced "Approved with Fxetnption" at the hearing on the= Design Review or Planned Unit Developtrient Design Review and shall note Py the Building and Safety Division that the Pre-Penritting Documentation has been approved.
