The design of the subdivision or type o1-in~proven~ents is not lilccly to <br />cause serious public health problems. <br />The subdivision is designed to be served by all City utilities and services at <br />established service levels. Full water and sewer service is includcd_ No <br />earthqualce, flooding, or other natural hazards exist at this site at a level dean-icd <br />"unacceptable" in the General Plan. Therefore, this finding can be made. <br />7. "11ie design of the subdivision or the type of improvements does not <br />conflict with easen~cnts for access through or use of the property. <br />The applicant will be required to abandon an existing access eascn-ient for the <br />benefit of the Jones faintly parcel. Anew access casement shall be established <br />between Lots 8 and 9 located at Street A to the Jonas parcel. The abandonment is <br />required prior to final map recordation. Therefore, this finding ca» be made. <br />8. The restriction on approving a tentative subdivision map on land covered <br />by a contract entered into pursua»t to the California Land Conservation <br />l~ct of 1965 is not applicabic. <br />The site is not covered by such a contract There fore_ this finding can be rn ade. <br />
