YC-2006-08 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING VESTING TEN"r'ATIVE TRACT MAP 7534, <br />TIIE APPLICA"PION OP LYNN JAN SEN, ROSELYN LANF_ <br />W HERE AS, Lynn Janson, Roselyn La»e, has applied for Vesting Tentative Tract Map <br />approval to subdivide one parcel info ]. 3 parcels located at 1635 and 1 777 Rosc <br />Avonuc, and <br />WHERE-_AS, zoning for the property is PiJD-MDR (.Planned Unit Development M ediun~ <br />Density Residenti alb District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public, hearing of February S, 2006, the Planning ~=onitnission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WFIEREAS, on January 17, 2006, the City Council adopted a Negative Declaration for the <br />Pla.nncd Unit Development (PCJD-38~ proposal and made a finding of a dc: <br />m ininz u.s impact on wild lice; and <br />W HEIZEAS, Lhc Planning, C'on~mission made the following findings: <br />1 _ The proposed map substantially conforms to the zoning regulations/ <br />development plait. <br />"f he tentative map's design and improvem cats closely follow the development <br />plans and coiiditi otzs o£PUD-38.
