Storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls, and channels not within the area of a <br />dedicated public street or public service easement approved by the City Engineer shall be <br />privately maintained by the property owners or through an association approved by the <br />City. <br />63. Approval of the storm drainage system shall be subject to the review and approval of the <br />City Engineer and Zone 7, as applicable, that the systetii is adequate, connects to aii <br />approved point of discharge, meets any and all applicable requirements of the Alameda <br />County Flood Control District - 7_one 7, meets any and all applicable requirements of the <br />Federal Etricrgcncy Management Flood Iia'zard Program, the California Department of <br />Fish and Game, and meets the immediate and long-range requirements of this <br />development and all upstream areas intendedto be drained through this development. <br />64. The design of the water supply and sanitary sewer systems shall be subj cct to the review <br />and approval of the City Engineer. <br />65. Any damage to Existing street improvements during construction on the subject property <br />shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full cxpen se to the prof ect <br />developer- "f his shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street recon structio~~ if deemed <br />warranted by the City Engineer. <br />66.
