Construction Requirements- <br />39. All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m_ to 5.00 p. m_, Monday through Saturd ay_ All construction cquipm ent must meat <br />Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV~ noise standards and shall be equipped with <br />muffling devic~s~ <br />4Q At no titrie shall campers, trailers, triotor homes, or a»y other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site- All such vehicles shall be removed fron-i the <br />site at the end of each workday- Construction trailers may be allowed on the site with the <br />approval of a Ten-tporary Conditional Use Yerm it. <br />41. Pinal inspecti otz by the Planning DeparYn~ent is required prior to occupancy. <br />42. Portable toilets used during construction shall be. emptied on a regular basis as necessary <br />to prevent odor- <br />Fire Department Requiremeutsc <br />43. The project developer shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code <br />(.Pleasanton Municipal Coda Chapter 20.24)_ <br />44. The prgjcct developer shall keep the site tree of fire hazards from the start of lumber <br />construction ru~til the final inspection. <br />45. Any project developer, business owner, or tenant storing and/or using hazardous <br />tr~aterials within a building covered by this approval, shall post National Fire Protection <br />(NPY) 704 identification on the building and/or tenancy according to the City's <br />"Hazardous Matcri als Identification Sign" procedures. <br />46. Yrior to any construction iraming, the project developer shall provide alley uate tire; <br />protection facilities, including a. water supply and water flow in conformance to the City's <br />Fire Dcpartnient Standards able to suppress a tTt ajor fire- <br />47. The Fire Chief and the Chief Building Official shall approve the number, type, and <br />location of all private Tire hydrants- <br />48. All curbs located with seven foot, six-inch radius of a public/private fire hydrant shall be <br />painted red, unless, modified by the Fire Chief. Blue street "hydrant markers" shall be <br />installed for all fire hydrants per City of Pleasanton Standard Specifications- <br />49. All private driveway aisles designated as fire lanes by the Fire Chief shall be maintained <br />in accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of the Uniform Fire Codc, which permits towing <br />vehicles illegally parked on the fire lanes. Fire lane curbs shall. be indicated by "No <br />Parking, Fire Lane, Tow Away Zone" signs installed as required by the Vehicle Codc_ <br />6 <br />
