Construction Requirements- 39. Pinal inspecti otz by the Planning DeparYn~ent is required prior to occupancy. 42. Portable toilets used during construction shall be. emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor- Fire Department Requiremeutsc 43. The project developer shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (.Pleasanton Municipal Coda Chapter 20.24)_ 44. The prgjcct developer shall keep the site tree of fire hazards from the start of lumber construction ru~til the final inspection. 45. Any project developer, business owner, or tenant storing and/or using hazardous tr~aterials within a building covered by this approval, shall post National Fire Protection (NPY) 704 identification on the building and/or tenancy according to the City's "Hazardous Matcri als Identification Sign" procedures. 46. Yrior to any construction iraming, the project developer shall provide alley uate tire; protection facilities, including a. water supply and water flow in conformance to the City's Fire Dcpartnient Standards able to suppress a tTt ajor fire- 47. The Fire Chief and the Chief Building Official shall approve the number, type, and location of all private Tire hydrants- 48. All curbs located with seven foot, six-inch radius of a public/private fire hydrant shall be painted red, unless, modified by the Fire Chief. Blue street "hydrant markers" shall be installed for all fire hydrants per City of Pleasanton Standard Specifications- 49. All private driveway aisles designated as fire lanes by the Fire Chief shall be maintained in accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of the Uniform Fire Codc, which permits towing vehicles illegally parked on the fire lanes. Fire lane curbs shall. be indicated by "No Parking, Fire Lane, Tow Away Zone" signs installed as required by the Vehicle Codc_ 6
