Never clean machinery, equipn-xent, tools, brushes, or rinse containers into a <br />street, gutter, or storm drain. <br />g_ Ensure that concrete/gunite supply trucks or concrete/plaster operations do not <br />discharge wash water into street, guitars, or storm drains. <br />h_ Ensure that the project contractor is aware oi, and abides by, all conditions of <br />a}~proval_ The project developer is espcci ally responsible for ensuring that the <br />contractor is aware of-and ixnplen~xents all erosion control/storm water quality <br />n~aeasures_ <br />i. Ensures that the project landscape contractor is aware of, and adheres to, the <br />approved landscape and irrigation plmms. <br />Engineering Conditions <br />13. The applicant shall apply for and receive an encroachment permit prior to the start of <br />construction, if required. <br />14. The project developer shall: <br />a. Submit a waste rraanagenicnt plan to the Building axzd Safety Llli vision prior to <br />issuance of building or demolition permits_ The plan shall include the estimated <br />composition and quantities of waste to be generated ~, red how the project <br />developer intends to recycle at least 50 percent of the total job site construction <br />and demolition waste measured by weight or volume_ Proof of co mplianec shall <br />he provided to the Chief Building Cl ffici al prior to the issuance of a final building <br />permit During demolition axed construction, the project developer shall nzarl< all <br />trash disposal bins ^trash materials only" and all recycling bins "recycling <br />n~ateri als only^_ The project developer shall con-tact Pleasanton Garbage Service <br />for the disposal of all waste from the site. <br />b. Subxrait a construction Best Nianzagenaent Practices (BMPs) pro gr~x.rra for review and <br />approval by the Platitiixig Director prior io issuance of building pcrn~its_ These <br />BMPs shall be implemented by the general contractor and all subcontractors and <br />suppliers of materials and eq uipn~aent. Construction site cleanup and control of <br />construction debris shall also be addressad_ Failure to comply with the approved <br />construction BMP nzay result in the issuance of correction notices, citations, or a <br />stop work order. <br />3 <br />
