"The proposed development shall be in substantial conforn~an ce to the development <br />plans, Exhibit A, dated "Received, January 1 7, 2006," and color elevations, Exhibit C7, <br />dated "Kcccivcd January 17, 200E", on file with the Ylaiining Department, except as <br />iriodified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed <br />subject to the approval of the Planning Director if found to be in substantial <br />eonfonriance to the approved exhibits, Exhibits A, B, and C, inclusive. <br />2. All condition of approval for the approved Planned LJ nit Development (PUD-90-9) <br />shall remain in force and are incorporated by reference. <br />3. The design review approval shall lapse one year from the effective date of approval <br />unless a building permit is obtained and construction diligently pursued, or the City has <br />approved a time extension. <br />4.
