Resolution No. 91-125 <br />Page Two <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the <br />development of an approximately 23,000 square foot senior <br />citizens center, park, and related improvements to be <br />located on an approximately 17 acre site located on the <br />west side of Sunol Boulevard opposite its intersection <br />with Mission Drive. <br />Section 2: The City Council finds that the proposed project will <br />have a de minimis impact on the site's wildlife. <br />Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br />Determination to be filed in accordance with Section <br />5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 6, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers - Butler and Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATT ST: <br />Pegg zidro, ity Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO F0~2M: <br />~~~~G' ~~~~~~. <br />Michael H.
