Resolution No. 91-106 <br />Page Two <br />Section 2: In addition to development fees in effect at the time <br />each building permit is issued, each developer shall pay <br />a growth management fee of $750 per dwelling unit at the <br />time a building permit is issued for each unit. <br />Section 3: In addition to development fees in effect at the time <br />each building permit is issued, each developer shall pay <br />a fee of $2,100 per dwelling unit at the time a building <br />permit is issued for each unit to offset the cumulative <br />cost of capital facilities made necessary by ongoing <br />residential development. <br />Section 4: Effect of Approval. <br />a. The effect of these growth management approvals <br />shall be to permit development in accordance with <br />Chapter 17.36 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, <br />with the other terms and conditions set forth in <br />this resolution, and with the terms and conditions <br />of Growth Management Agreements authorized by this <br />resolution. <br />b. This resolution does not guarantee the availability <br />of sufficient sewage treatment capacity to serve <br />the projects which have received growth management <br />approval. Building permits may be withheld if the <br />City determines that sewage treatment capacity is <br />not available at the time building permits for the <br />Project are applied for. <br />c. This resolution also does not guarantee the <br />availability of sufficient water to serve the <br />Project; building permits may be withheld if the <br />City determines that insufficient water, as <br />evidenced by mandatory rationing, is not available <br />at the time building permits for the Project are <br />applied for. , <br />Section 5: Nothing herein shall lessen any obligation of a <br />developer required as a condition of any other approvals <br />granted by the City. <br />
