<br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-106 <br />RESOLUTION SELECTING GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br />PROJECTS FOR 1992 <br />WHEREAS, on July 16, 1991, the City Council considered the report <br />of its Growth Management Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, based upon the information presented in the report and in <br />City Council's review of the proposed schedule of <br />allocations, the City Council finds the projects and <br />schedule of development are in furtherance of the public <br />interest and in furtherance of the City's General Plan <br />policies; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: The City hereby grants growth management approval to <br />the following projects for development in accordance with <br />the following schedule: <br />Project 1992 1993 1994 <br />Sun West Horizon (27 Units) 15 10* <br />S & S Properties (40 Units) 30 10 <br />Callahan/Peppertree Park (36 Units) -0- 36 <br />Callahan/Palomino (24 Units) 24 -0- <br />Moller Properties (97 Units) 12 85 <br />Shapell Homes/Bonde Ranch (106 Units) 18 55 33 <br />TOTAL 99 196 33 <br />* Sunwest has two existing units for a total of 12 in 1993. <br />(Note: Projects' units have been adjusted to delete existing units <br />on site to be demolished; any units deleted from the 106 unit Bonde <br />project shown above due to the modification of "E" Court would be <br />deleted from year 1994 approval. <br />1 <br />
