<br />Current members of the elected (volunteer) Board of <br />Directors are Bruce Takens (Meadowlark Dairy), president; Ed <br />Churka (Coffee Roast Express), vice-president; Astrid Gehrke <br />(Bayview Federal Bank), secretary; Karen Cram (Coast Federal <br />Bank), treasurer; Oorothe B. Schoenstein (Barlett Gallery); <br />Mike Clauser (The ~dicine Shoppe); Bill Laube (Pleasanton <br />Hotel); Dr. Steve Nagy (Total Life Chiropractic Center); and <br />Vincent Propes (Le Fleur Exotic Design). <br />Pat Lane is employed part time (20 hours per week) as <br />Executive Director (see budget). She is presently in her third <br />year on the Board of Directors of the California Downtown <br />Association and serves as State Hospitality Chairman. <br />She is also coordinator of the Bay Area Regional <br />Forum, a networking group of Downtown executives, and is an <br />appointed director of the Pleasanton Centennial Steering <br />Committee. <br /> <br />- 6 - <br />
