<br />Resolution No. 91-76 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />section 1: Urges the Alameda County Board of S~pervisors to <br />oppose the closure of the Valley Mental Health Clinic and <br />to support its continued operation and services. <br /> <br />section 2: Recommends that, should the Board of Supervisors <br />determine that funding cuts are required in the Alameda <br />County Mental Health Department, criteria be adopted that <br />will result in all areas of the County being provided <br />similar levels of service. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 21, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />APPROVED AS ~O~F~: 0 <br />'J1IutAruJ pt-jUw-^- <br />Michael H.
