<br />58. If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site <br />cxcavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The <br />county coroner and the Nativc American Heritage Commission shall also be notified and <br />procedures followed as required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br />A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br /> <br />59. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing <br />residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />Fire Department Requirements: <br /> <br />60. The house shall the meet the fire and security requirements in Chapters 20.24 and 20.36 <br />of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />61. Except otherwise approved by the Fire Marshall, the home shall be equipped with an <br />automatic residential fire suppression system with an on-site water storage tank <br />(minimum 650 gallon capacity) and water pressure booster pump, subject to the <br />satisfaction ofthe Chief Building Official and Fire Marshall. Unless otherwise approved <br />by the Fire Marshall, Planning Director, and Chief Building Official, the water tank shall <br />be located underground as shown on the hardscape plan. The maintenance and repair of <br />the water tank and pump shall be the sole rcsponsibility of the property owner. <br /> <br />62. The project developer shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of construction <br />until the final inspection. <br /> <br />63. The applicants shall post address numerals on the buildings so as to be plainly visible <br />from the adjoining streets during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br />Engineering Requirements: <br /> <br />64. The applicant shall pay a pro-rata share of the cost of widening and improving Dublin <br />Canyon Road as determined by the City Engineer. Said payment shall be due before the <br />approval of the Parcel Map by the City Engincer. <br /> <br />65. The applicant shall dedicate to the City that portion of Dublin Canyon Road was shown <br />on the PUD development plan. The applicant shall also dedicate an 8 foot wide Public <br />Service Easement (PSE) to the City along the back ofthc road right-of-way. <br /> <br />66. There shall be irrigated bioswales (or other IMP acceptable to the City Engineer) located <br />within each ofthe parcels to treat storm water before the water is allowed to enter the <br />storm drain system.
