<br />49. The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of all lots containing fill to the <br />satisfaction of the Chief Building Official prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />50. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk <br />in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be submitted before <br /> <br />requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural information <br />as approved by the Director. <br /> <br />Construction Requirements: <br /> <br />51. All construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5 :00 p.m., Monday <br />through Saturday. In addition, no construction shall be allowed on Federal Holidays. If <br />future complaints are received regarding the Saturday construction hours, the Planning <br />Director may modify or revoke the Saturday construction hours. The Planning Director <br />may allow earlier "start-times" for specific construction activities (e.g., concrete- <br />foundation/floor pouring), if it can be demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Planning <br />Director that the construction and construction traffic noise will not affect nearby <br />rcsidents. All construction equipment must meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) <br />noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />52. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the <br />site at thc end of each workday. <br /> <br />53. A temporary construction trailer shall be allowed on site during construction for use <br />during the allowed hours of operation. <br /> <br />54. Dust and mud shall be contained within the boundaries of the property during times of <br />construction. <br /> <br />55. No construction materials shall be stored within the public right-of-way. <br /> <br />56. The applicants are responsible for ensuring that no debris or construction scrap material <br />is placed on any adjoining lot or street and that any such material stored on the site shall <br />be completely removed and the site cleaned prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />57. All excess soil from the site shall be off-hauled from the site and disposed of in a lawful <br />manner. No stockpiling of dirt on this site shall occur without specific review and <br />approval by the Planning Department. <br /> <br />Page - 9 - <br />
