Also <br />consider the Negative Declaration prepared for this project. <br /> <br />GENERAL PLAN: <br /> <br />Low Density Residential (<2.dulacre) <br /> <br />ZONING: <br /> <br />A (Agricultural) District to PUD-LDR (Planned Unit Development - <br />Low Density Residential) District/West Foothill Road Corridor <br />Overlay District <br /> <br />LOCATION: <br /> <br />11249 Dubin Canyon Road <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />On June 28, 2006, the Planning Commission recommended that the City Council approve Case <br />No. PUD-44, as shown on Exhibit A, and subject to the conditions of approval as shown on <br />Exhibit B. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Council approve Case No. PUD-44 by taking the following actions: <br /> <br />I. Find that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and that the <br />project would have a de minimus impact on wildlife, and adopt the resolution approving <br /> <br />SR:06:202 <br />Page 1 <br />
