<br />Recommended language: "Drainage and Utility Plans shall be submitted for City <br />Council approval as part of its review of the PUD development plan. Drainage <br />from Lot 1 shall not drain onto the adjacent Roberts property, 1666 Frog Hill Lane. <br />In addition, drainage from the development shall not drain onto the adjacent <br />Brozosky property, 1 Brozosky Hill Lane." <br /> <br />Staff proposes to amend condition number 14 as follows: <br /> <br />14. Prior to tentative map approval, tThe Architectural Design Guidelines are not <br />approved with this application and shall be subject to review and approval by the <br />Planning Commission at the time of the tentative map review. shall Be modified as <br />follows: <br /> <br />a.
