Resolution No. 91-37 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the <br /> application of Moller Properties, for development plan <br /> approval to allow the construction of a total of 99 <br /> residential dwelling units on a 198 acre site located <br /> generally to the west/northwest of the Foothill <br /> Road/Muirwood Drive intersection.
