Minimum width of restricted trail corridors to be <br /> 20 feet; minimum width for regular trail corridor <br /> to be 100 feet. <br /> <br /> 2. Require a buffer zone around and maintained by the <br /> private property owners for any dedicated open <br /> space adjacent to existing or proposed development. <br /> <br /> 3. Prohibit vehicular access to open space areas <br /> except for service vehicles. <br /> <br /> 4. Require service roads to meet the needs of safety <br /> services. <br /> <br /> 5. Require the dedication of access points and small <br /> staging areas at reasonable intervals. <br /> <br /> 6.
