Accept for normal maintenance the public improvements for Tract <br />6951, Kolb Ranch. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Tract 6951 is a 12 lot, single-family residential subdivision located west of <br />Foothill Road, south of Dublin Canyon Road, and adjacent to the Preserve <br />development. Century Land Corporation is requesting acceptance of the <br />public improvements for this development. <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council: <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />Tract 6951 is a 12-1ot, single-family residential subdivision developed by Century Land <br />Corporation. Kolb Ranch Estates is located west of Foothill Road, south of Dublin Canyon <br />Road, and adjacent to the Preserve development. This development is approximately 62 acres <br />consisting of 12 new single-family lots, two existing homes and 18 acres of common open <br />space, 7 acres of dedicated public parkland. <br /> <br />SR 06:188 <br />Page 1 of2 <br />
