Listed below is a table which identifies these projects <br />and their status in this CIP. <br />DISPOSITION OF CITY COUNCIL <br />"HIGHEST" PRIORITY PROJECTS ELIGIBLE FOR CIP FUNDING <br />PROJECT NAME YEAR/ STATUS IN THIS CIP <br /> CATEGORY <br />Happy Valley Golf Course FY 1999/00 The CIP includes $3,783,000 to augment previous CIP <br /> Miscellaneous funding to assure adequate revenue is available to address <br /> the off site improvements and other project cost not eligible <br /> for bond financing. <br />City Hall Space -Short Term FY 1999/00 The CIP includes $500,000 to meet funding needs to <br /> Miscellaneous remodel 200 Old Bernal. The addition of this revenue <br /> creates a funding reserve of $1.6 million for this project. <br />Downtown Parks and Trails FY 2002-2004 The CIP includes a $300,000 reserve for improvements to <br />Studies Parks the Delucchi and Wayside Park Expansion. The actual <br /> scope of the project will be evaluated once the Downtown <br /> Specific Plan studies are completed. <br />Library Transition Funded Library transition costs have been included in the City <br /> Operating Operating Budget. Previous costs were included in the FY <br /> Budget 1998/99 Operating and Capital Budgets. <br />Two Neighborhood Parks in FY 2002-2004 Project construction is near completion. <br />North Pleasanton Parks <br />City Ha1UCommunity Center FY 2000-2004 The CIP contains a continuation of a reserve which was <br /> Miscellaneous established in 1997 for the purpose of funding a new <br /> Community Center/City Hall. The CIP adds an additional <br /> $4,546,792 to this project over the next five years. <br />Joint Fire Headquarters FY 2000/O1 This CIP includes the final revenue needed to fund Fire <br /> Miscellaneous Station #4 and the joint fire headquarters including related <br /> roadway improvements on Bernal Avenue. <br />San Francisco Property Sports FY 2002-2004 The CIP includes a reserve of $1.8 million for the purchase <br />Park and Identify Site for Parks of land and $540,000 for park improvements for a new <br />Additional Community Sports community park with lighted sports fields at a yet to be <br />Park determined location. Staff will continue to work with the <br /> City Council and the Park and Recreation Commission <br /> regarding the appropriate use of this revenue. <br />By incorporating the steps described above, the CIP is reflective of both community expectations, <br />Council priorities, and staff identified needs. Nevertheless, as with previous CIP's, and as evidenced by <br />the number of projects included in the Unfunded section of this program, not all projects can be funded. <br />However, staff is confident that this program appropriately addresses the most important high priority <br />community needs. <br />vi <br />
