Though I am not
lpposed to more housing in my neighborhood, I am concerned with the potential impacts on traffic and the limited
:ommunity infrastructure (schools, parks, sports fields, etc.). I would like to know what roads would be used to access
hese homes, and also what plans the city has to mitigate the impact of additional traffic traveling to the local schools,
larks, etc. along Vineyard Avenue, Bernal, Concord, Montevino, Touriga, etc. With the development of the Vineyard
:orridor, I have seen no infrastructure improvements, i.e. schools, parks, sports fields, etc. Are there any proposed, or
viII our neighborhood resources be continually stretched as homes are added along the corridor, as well as, the Beratlis
lroperty and the proposed Oak Hills development on Hearst. Thank you for your time and consideration.

;incerely,

Irian Pullen
:89 Montevino Drive
925) 462-2356

/2112006
