Greater <br />setback standards shall be applied where noted elsewhere in this Specific Plan. <br /> <br />(S) Twenty-foot minimum sueet side yard setbacks shall be required on comer lots. <br /> <br />(6) Building height is measured vertically from the lowest elevation of the building to the highest elevation of <br />the building, excluding chimneys. Primary buildings shall be limited to two stories in height, and <br />accessory buildings shall be limited to 2S feet and one story in height. <br /> <br />(7) Excention: Primary buildings located on Lot 17 and on existing elevations exceeding 540 feet shall be <br />limited to 25 feet in height and one story. <br /> <br />(8) Excention: Primary buildings located on Lots 8, 9, and 13 and Lot 18 north of the realigned Vineyard <br />Avenue shall be limited to 2S feet in height and one story. <br /> <br />In HR areas, all home sites must be located within the designated <br />development areas as generally depicted on the land use plan (see <br />Figure !V-2). Lot lines may extend into land designated as Open Space, <br />but primary residential buildings and residential accessory structures may <br />only be sited within the designated development areas. <br /> <br />25 <br />
