<br />ATTACHMENT 8 <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />h) The continuance of agricultural uses employed within five years <br />prior to Specific Plan adoption until such time as the development <br />of new on-site homes commences; and <br />i) The keeping of farm animals in accordance with <br />Section IV.C.3.a.I)d)(3) in the residential districts of Lots 18-28 <br />and 32 until such time as development of new on-site homes <br />commences. <br />j) The following are permitted only in the Semi-Rural Residential <br />district: <br />(I) The keeping of farm animals in accordance with <br />Section IV.C.3.a.l)d)(3); and <br />(2) Vineyards, row crops, and orchards. <br /> <br />2) Conditional Uses: The following uses shall be permitted in all residential <br />districts upon the granting of a conditional use permit in accordance with <br />the provisions of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, unless otherwise noted: <br />a) Nursing home for not more than six. patients; <br />b) Home occupation; <br />c) Large family day care home; <br />d) Secondary (dwelling) unit; <br />e) Religious institution; <br />f) Temporary subdivision sales office; <br />g) Landscape nursery on Lots 1, and 2; <br />h) Bed-and-breakfast inn in lieu of housing which is otherwise <br />permitted on the original parcel at a rate of two bed-and-breakfast <br />inn rooms per primary home in the Hillside Residential district; <br />and <br />i) Child day care center, partiallY in lieu of housing which is <br />otherwise permitted on the original parcel at a rate of one acre of <br />day care use per 21h primary homes in the Medium Density <br />Residential district. The conditional use permit shall specifY the <br />maximum number of children to be served. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Residential Development Standards <br /> <br />I) Lot. Buildinl!: Setback. and Buildinl!: Heil!:ht Reauirements: <br />The following standards contained in Table IV-2 below shall apply to each <br />residential district in the Plan Area.
