Staff recommends a maximum building height of30-feet for Lots 1 through <br />9, a maximum height of 2S-feet for Lots 10 through 13 and Parcel "A", a single-story <br />only requirement for Lots 10 through 13 and Parcel "A", and a building maximum <br />height for accessory structures of IS-feet. The IS-foot height restriction for accessory <br />structures matches the maximum accessory structure height allowed for the Monte- <br />vino Drive properties. <br /> <br />. Construction Hours (Guidelines Page 9 of 16): <br />Proposed construction hours are limited to Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to <br />S:OO p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to S:OO p.m. The Specific Plan allows con- <br />struction hours from 8:00 a.m. to S:OO p.m. Monday through Saturday. Staffrecom- <br />mends Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to S:OO p.m. <br /> <br />View Analyses <br /> <br />As required by the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan, conceptual view analyses are at- <br />tached showing the before/after views of the project from various vantage points. The view <br />analyses include conceptual house designs. Where building designs will be governed by design <br />guidelines, absent actual design plans, the preparation of accurate view studies is difficult.
