<br />(3) Land Use Sub-areas and Land Use Allocation

<br />A total of 16 sub-areas within the Phase II Specific Plan area have been delineated, These
<br />sub-areas have been characterized according to a variety of criteria (e,g" terrain, access,
<br />wildlife habitat value, noise, etc,) to guide the choice of potential future uses for particular
<br />sites, Table 2 shows the allocation of potential uses to the 16 sub-areas that are delineated
<br />in Figure 4 (p, 12),
