<br />Invitation to Bid on "As Needed Services" <br /> <br />Utilities - Polvbutvlene Service Replacement <br /> <br />. See sewer main section for required general specifications in addition to the three <br />listed below. <br />. Remove and replace polybutylene services (1" through 2") with polyethylene <br />tubing per City of Pleasant on Drawing 301 Note 4 Column A. <br />. Repair water services on an "as required" basis and also on a 24-hour emergency <br />basis including overtime if required. <br />. Service replacement by "Pulling Method" <br /> <br />Utilities - Process Control Electrical <br /> <br />The City is requesting an experienced licensed contractor to perform routine and <br />emergency electrical and telemetry work for the Utilities Division. This work would be <br />performed at any of the City's water or sewer facilities located throughout the City. <br /> <br />All Contractors' employees shall comply with all Federal, State, and local laws and <br />regulations governing the installation and testing of electrical equipment and <br />components. All Contractors' employees shall comply will all OSHA and City policies <br />regarding the proper use of Lockout/Tagout procedures. <br /> <br />The following outline provides a scope of work for the City's expectations regarding "as <br />needed" electrical work for utilities: <br /> <br />. Provide routine electrical service at all utilities' pump stations and telemetry sites. <br />. Provide emergency service on a call out basis for these same locations. <br />. Provide troubleshooting and repairs to MCC (Motor Control Center) and control <br />units of varying voltage and phase. <br />. Perform work on water and sewer pumps varying in size from 2 H.P. to 450 H.P. <br />. Trouble shoot and repair remote telemetry units and controllers associated with <br />water and sewer systems. <br />. Provide installation of electrical systems at various locations. <br /> <br />Utilities - Water Pump Repairs <br /> <br />The City is requesting an experienced licensed contractor to perform routine and <br />emergency Water pump repair work for the Utilities Division. This work would be <br />performed at any of the City's water or facilities located throughout the City. <br /> <br />All Contractors' employees shall comply with all Federal, State, and local laws and <br />regulations governing the installation and testing of electrical pumping equipment and <br />components.
