<br />the finding can be made that the additional height will not create an additional <br />visual impact to offsite locations and adjacent neighbors over a structure 25 feet or <br />less. <br /> <br />Issue 7 - Drainaqe <br />Since my property is downhill from this development, I want to know what the drainage plan is so <br />that these Lots do not drain onto my property. A sentence should be added to condition 14 that <br />requires that lots do not train onto the adjacent Brozosky property (similar to the condition for Lot <br />1 draining onto the adjacent Roberts property). <br /> <br />Recommended language: "Drainage and Utility Plans shall be submitted for City <br />Council approval as part of its review of the PUD development plan. Drainage from <br />Lot 1 shall not drain onto the adjacent Roberts property, 1666 Frog Hill Lane. In <br />addition, drainage from the development shall not drain onto the adjacent <br />Brozosky property, 1 Brozosky Hill Lane." <br /> <br />Issue 8 - Trees <br />I would encourage significant replanting of trees at sufficient size to screen the development, <br />especially at the higher elevations, in exchange for contributing to the forestry fund. <br /> <br />Issue 9 - Desi"n Guidelines <br />I would recommend that the Design Guidelines come back as part of the Tentative map to allow <br />ample time for review. <br /> <br />Best Regards, <br />Steve Brozosky <br />1 Brozosky Hill Lane <br />
