This parcel is located at 1680 Vineyard Avenue in Pleasanton, <br />California. Berlogar Geotechnical Consultants (BGC) performed a geotechnical investigation of this <br />parcel and submitted the results in a report dated March 31, 2006. <br /> <br />The purpose of our peer review was to form opinions regarding whether the geotechnical/geologic studies <br />performed to date conform to generally accepted standards of practice. This work was performed jointly <br />by the undersigned and Christopher Hitchcock, CEG, of William Lettis and Associates. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />As presented in our proposal dated April 28, 2006, our peer review included: <br /> <br />. An examination of the BGC report; <br /> <br />. A review of published geotechnical materials relevant to the site; <br /> <br />. An examination of historic aerial photographs of the area; <br /> <br />. A field reconnaissance of the surficial conditions present; <br /> <br />. Geotechnical/geologic analyses of the collected data; and <br /> <br />.
