Resolution No. 99-057 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 2: Orders an election of the property owners within Oak Tree Farm Phase II to <br /> determine whether the majority desire to be included in the annexation, and setting <br /> the date of the public hearing for the election as July 6, 1999, at 7:00 p.m. in the <br /> City Council Chambers at 200 Old Bemal Avenue, Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: Orders that a copy of the assessment engineers report be made available for public <br /> review and inspection in the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours. <br /> Such report provides a full and detailed explanation of the improvements to be <br /> maintained, the lots receiving a special benefit, and the proposed assessments upon <br /> assessable lots. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 18, 1999 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> PeggyGL.~:~/d~o, Cit~Clerk ' <br /> <br />Michael H.
