A plot plan shall be submitted showing the general location and footprints of the <br /> main building, existing garage building, existing bungalow with proposed <br /> additions, existing barn, existing cabana, existing shed, and approximate location <br /> and size of the proposed swimming pool. This plot plan shall be submitted to <br /> the Planning Department so that any interested neighbors can review. <br /> <br />D_..=. Screening <br /> <br />1. Wax-leaf privet shrubbery and hedges shall be planted on the east and west <br /> boundaries of the property in front of the existing redwood fences. These <br /> hedges shall be groomed and maintained to a height to give privacy to all <br /> neighbors, except that the hedge shall be maintained at the same height of the <br /> fence (6 feet) on the east and west sides of the property adjacent to 4140 Stanley <br /> Boulevard (Rodondis) and 4120 Stanley Boulevard (Knapp/Dear). The <br /> screening for the barn shall be taller along the west side of the barn. All <br /> shrubbery shall be planted on Mr. Chestnut's property. The existing plum trees <br /> may be removed to accommodate the hedge planting. If removed, Japanese <br /> maple trees shall be planted to replace the plum trees. <br /> <br />E_=. Fencing <br /> <br />1. The existing wood fence across the property frontage is a temporary fence and <br /> shall be replaced with an open/wrought iron fence. <br /> <br /> <br />
