Authorize connection of the Hempy parcel located on 351 Virginia Way <br />(APN 946-1706-002-10) to the City water and sanitary sewer systems, <br />provided all connection work is done to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer and all costs are borne by the property owner, and the proposed <br />extension of City services is approved by LAFCo. <br /> <br />2. Approve the Preannexation Agreement between Hempy and the City of <br />Pleasanton, and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement. <br /> <br />3. Approve the Deferred Street Improvement Agreement between Hempy <br />and the City of Pleasanton, and authorize the City Manger to execute the <br />agreement. <br /> <br />4. File an application with LAFCo for the extension of City services to the <br />Hempy parcel. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />The property owner, Rick Hempy of 351 Virginia Way, is requesting <br />connections to the City water and sewer systems to serve a proposed new lot <br />located within the Remen Tract. He currently has an approved Tentative <br />Parcel Map with the County, which allows him to subdivide 351 Virginia <br />Way into two lots. His existing residence on this parcel currently has City <br />water and sewer services. <br /> <br />SR 06:141 <br />Page I of4 <br />
